Trade Fairs are not miracle
weapons, but they can certainly form a solid "basis for business"
for enterprises provided that the conditions are right. The aim
of our trade fair guide is to provide an incentive to our exhibitors
and visitors without presuming that every suggestion will
necessarily be followed by everyone. We welcome any constructive
changes to our suggestions. The importance and benefits
of exhibiting at a trade fair should be considered within the
framework of a marketing plan drawn up for the company's activities.
Compared to other sales activities, trade fairs and exhibitions,
because of their wide range of functions, have a clear
advantage:
- Opportunity to demonstrate products and
services
- Comprehensive overview of what is in the
market
- Personal contact with old and new clients over a
space of few days
- Contact with new sales markets
- Comparison base with competitors
-
Design ideas for future
products
- Relaxed positive negotiating climate
- Small and medium sized companies benefit from the
presence of market leaders

you get the most out of your participation in our trade fairs we
request you check out our ABC.
Assemble Pay attention to the
following security aspects when planning your stand: A clear
structural design with a covered lockable section. Be at the
stand in good time before the start of the
fair.
Beware Do not leave your stand
unattended until all goods, particularly tools, personal
effects etc. have been secured.
Check while
dismantling Well-planned dismantling saves a lot of
time and can be more easily monitored. Keep aisles as free
from materials as possible. Secure, dismantle or put away
important or endangered products first. Secure tools and
dismantling equipment.
